DIVD registered at notary

Astrid Oosenbrug (Treasurer), Victor Gevers (Chair) and Chris van ‘t Hof (Secretary) at the notary to register the Dutch Institute for Vulnerability Disclosure. After years of vulnerability disclosures we now have a solid base for our operations.
